What is EWP
Effective Working Partnerships (EWP) system is a key tool used in relationship management & performance evaluation, designed to strengthen working relationships between companies and their service providers by identifying gaps in responsibilities and deliverables.
The EWP system is, in part, a quantitative measurement tool for six ‘dimensions of trust’, generated confidentially in order to isolate relationship strengths and development needs. Together, with Client-Supplier deliverables, comparison to key relationship benchmarks and industry experience, these strengths and development needs of the relationship become clear.
The EWP system provides solid data on the fundamental dimensions that make up solid working relationships. Through analysis of the results, and application of creative problem solving workshops with both the Client and the Supplier, critical insights are gathered to form the basis of short term and long term action planning.
